You don't have oraus.msb available in your client environment. Maybe it will be available to your client when you resolve the tns issue? You probably need to check that your environment has ORACLE_SID or TWO_TASK set properly, as well as ORACLE_HOME, and $ORACLE_HOME/bin in your PATH. I would guess you have it in your PATH and the others are messed up, but not in your other environment when you connect ok to the db.

Try setting and exporting them explicitly before running your client.
