I don't know about "most" of the comments concerning Daniel, since I have not been on this newsgroup for a long time. I know that the recent comments about Daniel being arrogant and/or rude were not from spammers, but from people (apparently beginners or students) trying to get their answers about an Oracle question. If Daniel does not want to answer questions from beginners or students, that is his right, but he should just remain silent and leave it at that.
