The 11i installation is a "mirror/clone" of an fully installed certified installation from Oracle.

The version of the DB depend on the version og 11i but the lates version 11.5.9 will be installed with a Oracle 9i Enterprice Edition 9.2.0.3.

Forms and Reports will be installed as default version 6.0.8.21

The best setup of init.ora parameters for 11i can be found by running the script "bde_chk_cbo.sql" which can be found on Metalink. If you don't have access to Metalink try to search on google or another search engine for "bde_chk_cbo.sql".
