Windows xp Oracle 9i client


Hp Unix 9000 11.11 64 bit 



After connecting to an Oracle 8i databases Error  ORA-12545 shows up
when  connecting  to oracle 9i through a database link.Remote
connections only fail for this server Oracle 9i.All other connections
work just fine to oracle 8i RDBMS Servers



Any ideas ???
