What you are trying to do is somewhere between irrelevant, impossible, and nonsensical.

All you will achieve is to waste time and create something with poor performance and scalability.

I would suggest you purchase a copy of Tom Kyte's book "Expert one-on-one Oracle": Read it and take Tom's advice.

Every time I have been involved in a project led by someone with the goal you are pursuing ... it has been to clean up the mess and rescue the project from its architect.
