        Compared to what Oracle ships, the tools that come bundled with Microsoft's RDBMS are quite nice. However, they don't completely eliminate the need to actually know what you're doing. That's merely a common misconception perpetrated by MS against PHB's to get sales.

        Using SqlServer in a naieve manner will cripple it just as much as doing the same to Oracle will.
