Anybody know what oacflg and oacflg2 are?

I'm looking at Note 39817.1 on Metalink which details how to read a
raw 10046 trace.  In the binds section, it has the following:


oacflg	Special flag indicating bind options     
oacflg2     Continuation of oacflg    





I'm wondering what these special bind options could be?  Anyone know?
