I try to execute dbms_stats.gather_schema_stats (ownname => 'SYSADM'

, degree => 12
, percent_estimate => 30
, cascade => true) ;
and I am getting
dbms_stats.gather_schema_stats (ownname => 'SYSADM'

                                        *

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00900: invalid SQL statement
