What is a "null error"? In my book, null error means - no error.

It may be prayer-based? If you pray long enough, it might not just import your data, but also save your soul. However, if you give me a more precise description of the error, I might be able to give you advice which doesn't rely so much on the divine powers, but also on my knowledge about Oracle RDBMS. The shortcoming of that approach is that while I almost certainly can import your database, I cannot save your soul.
