How to determine the patch level of a database ?

Hello,



We have upgraded our 9.2.0.1.0 oracle server to the 9.2.0.5.0 version
(AIX 5L) :







The problem is : we don't remember exactly which databases were
patched.



Is it possible to retrieve this information somewhere ?  (patch level
of the datafiles ?)
