If at first you don't succeed, try and try again. (If, after trying 37 times, you still don't get it running ...)

OR try asking again here WITH SOME INFORMATION. Some of the things that might be helpful include:

Are there any logs? What point (which screen) does it fail at? Is your machine big enough? Have you read the installation instructions? Does your machine meet the minimum criteria in those instructions?

Oh yes .... and do you have any experience with other Oracle installs?
