tnsnames file owned by root - no need for that

ORACLE_HOME doesnt need to be set to the root of the oracle installation it needs to be set to your oracle home!

why is your tnsnames file in /etc it really belongs in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin Received on Thu Apr 08 2004 - 13:37:07 CDT
