I've seen the document you cited and I've used it many times before. But I haven't seen a document that goes the other way. Now my question to you is why do you need it? You already have the roadmap right in front of you. In your words, "here is this, you know it as X, for us it's called Y". Well if in SQL Server you know it is called "Y", then just go backwards to find out that in Oracle it is called "X". I've given this same document to people going from SQL Server to Oracle and they've been able to use it pretty well.

HTH,
Brian
