Well, they would do if Oracle 9 still referred to it as MTS, but since it doesn't, it won't!!

In 9i, it's just DISPATCHERS (not mts_dispatchers) and SHARED_SERVERS (not mts_shared_servers).

So unfortunately, you have to know the parameters in 9i before you can check on them.
