 Installed it today, and it very cheekily sets a PERL5LIB system environment variable to point to its own copy of Perl's library directories.

 This of course broke my own copy of Perl until I removed the environment variable again, as my copy of Perl is considerably more recent than the one Oracle installs. Grr.
