Depends. Have you googled this group to see previous postings? There is some thought that certain apps run slightly faster in 32 bit because it doesn't have to deal with larger pieces of stuff that 64 implies.

Whether you want to is up for debate. Such a large SGA would have it's own performance issues - think of what happens during a checkpoint. Also see metalink for additional information on the 3.75 G SGA and 32 v 64.
