Oracle phone support was very bad in the 1992-1995 years here in Canada. It was ok for about two years after that. And since then, it is almost nonexistent. Luckily there are good resources on the net like this one.

And I'm not talking about the metalink site. Let's just say that it is unusable. The interface is bad at best, the search engin is ridiculous: What the ?!/&* do I care about RDB ! I know you can specify the product in the search parameters, but the defaults should be Oracle RDBMS server ! Received on Wed Feb 25 2004 - 09:21:49 CST
