Not correct. There is a script to reset the sysman password to oem_temp. It's in $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/admin/vduresetsysman.sql see < http://metalink.oracle.com/metalink/plsql/ml2_documents.showDocument?p_databas e_id=NOT&p_id=100111.1>
