SYSMAN's default password is 'oem_temp'. If you've changed it previously and then lost it, the only way I know of to get it back is to use the Enterprise Manager Configuration Assistant to delete your existing repository and re-create it from scratch. With a new repository, SYSMAN's password reverts to the default, and the first time you log on, you get a chance to change it to something you, hopefully, will this time remember.
