You would need additional column into this table to identify your transaction.
 Lets say 'transaction_id'.
 Then you need a sequence to get your transaction_id at the beggining.  At the end of transaction all rows with your transaction_id will be yours uncomitted.
 All rows with transaction_id higher than your transaction_id will be others, commited.
