That was the point. There are a lot of people that having been using the same tools and mental approach repeatedly; never learning anything new. And, from my experience, it is more the rule than the exception. Most of the code I see today could have been written in Oracle 7.3.4. User defined types? No. Bulk binds? No. LTRIM(RTRIM rather than TRIM(? No. And on and on ad nauseum.
