You don't do anything like that. You do not transfer data from oracle to access. You read the oracle database with MS Access. There is something called ODBC which can make MS-Access read oracle database. You see, oracle RDBMS is a database and MS-Access is a reporting tool which impersonates a database. The Only Right Way (TM) is to use a reporting tool to read the database and not to use the database to push a report toward the reporting tool. You have to learn the Tao.
