oracle 9i installation problem

Oracle Database Configuration Assistant fails during Oracle 9i installation
with following details:


java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: getOracleHomeKeyImpl



Any idea how I can fix this?

Oracle 8i installation finishes successfully...
