Getting Oracle software from someone other than Oracle ? Sounds like a license violation to me ...

Contrary to popular belief, 7.3.4 is still semi-supported until 12-31-2003 . So, I would try Oracle Support first. If you do this, I would be curious as to their reaction to this request, so please post back. For more info on 7.3.4 support or no support , see URL
http://metalink.oracle.com/metalink/plsql/ml2_documents.showDocument?p_database_id=NOT&p_id=66409.1

Anyway, based on what you said (and didn't say - like no export backup available), I am wondering if you could use the 7.3.3 software and perform some steps to downgrade. This might not work for a 'patchset' , but use to work for something like 7.3 to 7.1 . For an example of 7.3 to 7.1, see URL http://download-east.oracle.com/docs/cd/A57673_01/DOC/server/doc/MIG73/ch9.htm#toc091
