Ok so today i ran a Oracle Trace on a couple of Users that seem to
have this problem. and didn't find anything. I had no doubt that it
was the DB. actually i do think it is the Application, but you can't
really blame it until all tests have been done. next a guess is i'll
try a couple of test on the Network and the Application server . i'll
let you all know how it goes. By the way thanks for all the quick
responses..
