who can tell with so little details as to table definition, primary and foreign key definition, index definitions, the type of analysis performed, whether appropiate histograms have been created, etc, etc, etc.

You might want to consider to refrain from posting this type of 'It doesn't work' request completely, as crystall balls have been long sold out here (as you well know, as you are a regular visitor, providing 'puzzles')
