Re: RMAN, Legato, DBMS_BACKUP_RESTORE.DEVICEALLOCATE

It may sound crazy, but did you follow each and every step, in detail, as listed in the Network Module for Oracle Installation Guide? It looks like your SBT_TAPE device is not configured properly. You might also want to post your command for allocating the channel.
