Would you elaborate some more on semaphore settings, or point me to a reference?

I've installed Oracle 9.2 as full as I can (Enterprise configuration) and applied the 9.2.0.3 patch.

On every machine I've installed, I get the same problem when executing the dbms_aqadm.create_queue_table() proc.

Is there any special feature needed for Oracle queues?
