Hi!

You can't have any non-system rollback segments (nor undo segments) online in a clone database (when using alter database mount clone database).

The ORA-1552 comes because bug 2621039. It's few weeks old, not fixed, nor there's any quick workaround yet. Just monitor the bug, or rethink your strategy until the bug is fixed.
