OID: using the oidadmin console

I am configuring OID through the oidadmin console and have 2 questions:

1. When I view the top level -> Server list, it shows 2 listings of the exact same Server, port. Why 2 listings?
2. In the 'Password Policy Mangement' tree it again shows 2 cn listings. They are the same except the second listing shows a more fully qualified entry. Which entry should I use?

We are using 9ias version 9.0.2.2.22
