Just in case there was any confusion arising, my reference to the 'Oracle 9i RAC Setup and Configuration book' was to the Oracle-supplied documentation, not to any book I may or may not have written, or be in the process of writing (!). My use of the word 'book' was because at tahiti.oracle.com, they let you 'browse the list of books', so I just used their own description.
