Listener fault

hello people,

i have a problem and i do not solved that. my oracle database crashed irregular with following fault:

ORA-12500: TNS: Listener couldn't start a dedicated server process
ORA-12547: TNS: Connection lost
ORA-12570: TNS: Fault with the package reader
ORA-03113: Unexpected assignment end in communication
ORA-12637: Receive the package turned out a failure
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist

Who has an idea ?
