Yah, my youngest just turned 2, sometimes I think I should just have another midlife crisis anyways. There are some pretty decent kit cars around cheap, the one that almost got me a few years ago was a GT40 replica built with a reversed and upgraded Corvair transaxle, with a 350 Chevy... fortunately, I just didn't have enough time to check it out, dang high-maintenance Oracle... :-)

Going through some of the auto-trader type mags, sometimes I think the better stuff may be _away_ from socal. FL and the deep south in particular... but it's probably all rotted and smells of cigarette butts.
