Tracerout is a very common utility.  Oracle is sometimes friendly
enough to package handy utilities.  IT IS NOT AN ORACLE UTILITY.  For
example, sometimes Oracle will put zip or Acrobat Reader on its CDs
for handyness, but it is not an Oracle utility.



You can download tracerout for your OS, or a tool that does tracerout.
 A quick google search should give you some options.
