Based on what you have written you are at least one year of training and experience behind being able to competently do what you ask. To give you hints here would do you no favor.
If this is for a class you should drop and take it again when you have the time to pay attention and do your homework. If this is for an employer why on earth would they give this work to someone so clearly untrained?
No matter which ... you need substantial education and this is not the place to get it. I would suggest you contact a local college or university.
