Maybe emca is

	Enterprise Manager Configuration Assistant or
	Enterprise Manager Console Assistant.

I have the latter on my Windows box running 9i Release 2 Enterprise edition, but I ralrely use the windows stuff. I'm Unix myself, so don't quote me !!
