Hi all


I need some technical advise about migrating 18 server on TRU 64 4.0g from a
oracle 7.4.3 to a oracle 8.1.7.3.


Is it really necessary that i make a full export/import to migrate my
databases? The question also contains the consideration to use a Oracle Data
Migration Assistant. What are the conditions that the oracle 7.x databases
must have to use this tool. I am grateful for every useful note.
