Just curious - did they do this in their own schema or in the SYSTEM schema? And if in the SYSTEM schema, are they considered a DBA?

  1. If a non-DBA, what are they doing in the SYSTEM schema? Does this imply a security issue in the environment?
  2. If a DBA, do they need updated training?
