Not sure what that would be, but sqlnet.ora is an evil little bast*** for most users for most of the time, that's for sure. It does its stuff silently, and without qualification.

I can't say more... an emergency tooth extraction this morning and immense qyuantitues of drugs (legit!!) later, I wouldn't know what i was saying anyway.
