Hi Howard,

it's not just in OCP exams that you need a honours degree in linguistics to figure out what 'they' really mean. My wife has just done the ISEB certification exams (she's a software tester) and her main point of complaint was not the 'hardness' of the questions, but the 'hardenss' of trying to figure out what the question was actually asking !
