Oracle Management Server - why stopped

I just installed Oracle Server Enterprise Edition 9.2.0 on a Windows XP.
The installation was fine, the database is up and running.
I created a new Repository with the Configuration Assistant.
Everything was OK.



When I try to start my Management Server at first started correctly and
after that


immediate stopped without any messages. Why?
