I'm having problems installing Crystal Enterprise on Oracle 9i database. The
problem results a "Initialization Failure (Reason: Unable to load
liboracledatabasesubsystem.so.8.0)" error when starting APS. I have been
told that the fix should be to modify the crystal users .profile file to use
32-bit Oracle library files instead of 64-bit ones. The problem is that I
have no idea how to do this. I have not that much previous experience on
Unix based systems so as detailed instructions as possible would be
preferred.
