AppChecker Utility

Wondered if anyone had any experience with a utility called
AppChecker?  We had an outside firm use it to run a survey of one of
our Oracle Db's and it gave some crazy results about system
privileges(along with identifying the wrong Oracle version)..I did a
Google search on it but did not find much..
