how to start OracleService on Win XP

Hi: 



I have a DB Instance HariOm and was wondering how could I start the
Oracle Service in Win XP? I mean how to activate "OracleStartHariOm"
and "ORCLServiceHariOm"?



I checked my files and could'nt find ORADIM? 



Any information?
