Hello,



I am very new to Oracle. I recently setup an Oracle 8 server on a NT 4
server. I have have a database with 25 tables, the largest table having
450,000 records. The system is 500 mhz with 256mb of RAM. Is this sufficient
or does the machine need more horsepower? I have a VB app that uses the
database and it runs really slow. Any ideas?
