That's really cute question. It is very easy to estimate time, and I definitely do not need any of not important information as:

• size of your database (are you upgrading your David Bowie's CD collection database or terabyte datawarehouse)
• number of users
• business criticalness for your company
• what you mean by "migrating" - just technical process of upgrade, or full scope containing testing of application, changes in documentation, covering HR problems (training, new administration policies), ...
• description of your hardware

However, as I've already said I do not need answers to above mentioned question. Right now, you're probably desperately waiting for my answer.
So the ANSWER for you QUESTION is very simple. The ANSWER is: 42. I hope it'll help you.
