The service will start but the oracle instance will not.

I did some testing with domains etc. My conclusion is that when a domain (internal) is present like my active directory the oracle instance will not auto start. but when i unplug my utp cable reboot the machine than it is all fine so what has oracle to do with windows active directory. Do i need to configure anything else. like internet directory ore something that leeds to my domain controller. I don't know.
