The error is because the "PWDpcit.ORA" file does not exist in the {ORACLE_HOME}\DATABASE directory.
This is what I found in the "pcitALERT.LOG" file and the "TRC" file. What I forgot to tell, is : If a create immediately the database with database assistant there is no problem.
