EXACTLY!!!!! I was running the scripts and targeting the local Database Server instance I had in my computer instead of the intended target :-)

YOU are right!!!!!!!

It is a strange behaviour that I login
as system/manager_at_oradb
and during session I change to
fog1/fog1 and it changes from
Database, that is really weird.
