Should be interesting to hear -

I've just done a demo of how bitmap
indexes degenerate under pressure from
serial inserts on 9.2

Under FL management the index grew
from 8K to 45MB after a few thousand inserts.

Under ASS Management, it grew to 600MB
after a few hundred inserts.
